MARS enables simple invoicing. Once a job has finished, the invoice can be created and sent to accounts. MARS is linked to accounting packages and will bounce back from the package with an invoice reference. This feature is made to aid invoicing complications and enables the viewing of payslips and talent payments.
Adding Fees And Sending Invoices To Accounts:
When an agent adds a job they will have added the fee information for the talent. MARS automatically calculates everything including agency fee, talent fee, VAT amount and line fee.
Simple Buttons:
Before sending to accounts, there are options to preview invoices to ensure that all the information are correct.
Send To Accounts:
When the invoice is sent to accounts, it will appear under Invoicing > Pending.
